Montana Association of Weavers and Spinners

The Montana Association of Weavers and Spinners intends to recognize fiber artists who have made an
outstanding lifelong contribution to the fiber arts.  This award is given to a person or persons who have
demonstrated excellent craftsmanship, have been a source of inspiration and knowledge to others, and
have contributed to the development of the fiber arts on a state, regional, and/or national level. This is
our method of paying tribute to the “living treasures” in the fiber arts who are MAWS members.
